About psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a deep self-recognition exercise for whoever dares to look into the shadow and the unknown. It's a safe space to explore your own history, desires, sources of distress, etc.
In psychotherapy, we'll be able to work through issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or big life changes like migration, vocational decisions, etc.
The therapeutic approach will be culture and gender-sensitive, narrative, and systemic.

Psychotherapy or psychological counseling
According to the needs expressed in your first appointment, your interests and expectations, the type of intervention will be determined. Teenagers or adults will be able to use this space to attend specific needs (e.g. vocational guidance, counseling for family migration), or to start a psychotherapeutic process (e.g. explore one's identity, work on personal characteristics, alleviate psychological distress).
I work with:
Neurodevelopmental disorders
Emotional disorders (e.g. depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder)
Trauma
Eating disorders
Vocational guidance
Migration
Risk factors such as poverty, social vulnerability, bullying, grief.
My therapeutic style is based on culture and gender-sensitive approaches, using narrative and systemic techniques.
Therapy is available for individual, couples or family sessions.
Orientation for parents
¿Have you noticed anything unusual in your son or daughter? Perhaps you're not even sure if it's something worth your concern, yet you wish to be certain so you can provide your child or teenager (0-18 years old) with whatever they might need.
We will use this space to talk about those concerns, address what's expected in average development, how to make more accurate observations, and how to attend to current needs.
If you've already received a diagnosis or psychological assessment, we can program intervention accordingly.
I work with:
Attention deficit hyperactive disorder
Autism Spectrum Disorder
Learning disabilities
Cognitive disabilities
Speech or communication impediments
Behavioral disorders
Emotional disorders or distress in children or adolescents
I use an ecologic and family model, involving all members and systems in the child's life (e.g. school, extracurriculars, peers) as part of the solution.
Training or professional supervision

These are all available upon request.
